What we collect
When you send a quote request through this website we collect:
- your name and phone number
- your email address, if you give it
- details about your vehicle, tyre size and the service you need
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their privacy policy, and we see your name and number as you've set them in WhatsApp.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your enquiry, give you a quote and do the work you ask for. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who we share it with
Quote requests are delivered to our inbox by an email service provider. We use privacy-friendly website analytics that don't identify you personally. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and keep proper business records, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@tyresalvage.co.za. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
